Site Description
Rocky islets off the south-eastern coast of Crete.

Habitats: Coastline/rocky areas (10%, Sea cliffs and rocky shores), Shrubland (90%, Sclerophyllous scrub, garrigue and maquis)

Protection status
National None International None
10 ha of the IBA are covered by Special Protection Area (SPA) NISIDES KAVALLOI(GR4320015).

This is an important site for species restricted to coastal cliffs and scrub.
